Wedding Options

The GODDESS - $3950 plus $300 deposit toward prints
Your ticket to an out-of-this-world photography experience. You will be delighted with the services and products included in this premium plan

Services

• Photos at the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner
• Unlimited hours and up to four locations on the wedding day.
• A second photographer on the wedding day
• One hour at the gift-opening
• A one-hour engagement photo session
• In-town stretch limo service between the wedding site and the reception.
• For the bride and her bridal party; a free manicure, pedicure or massage at a Bloomington/Normal SPA prior to the wedding day.

• Up to a 20-page/40-side Traditional Album or a $1000 credit toward a Flush Mount Album
• A coffee table style book of all engagement photos
• A free DVD of all high resolution wedding images
• Ten CDs containing the full set of wedding photos as a virtual photo album. Present them as gifts.
• A contact sheet booklet of all wedding images, nine to a page, for easy viewing and sharing.
• Sixty custom first-closs stamps featuring your favorite engagement or wedding photo for use on invitations, thank you's, etc.

This plan will fit the more modest budget and still provide excellent value

SHORT & SWEET- $250 base fee plus $75 per hour on the wedding day; 2 hour minimum, 5 hour maximum. $200 deposit toward print orders
Ideal for any brief wedding event where few photos are desired

Party or Reception (without wedding)
$50 base fee plus $75 per hour; 2-hour minimum; $150 deposit toward print orders.

Backdrop for formal portraits
$50 (waived with Cinderella Plan booking or above)

Individual/Couple/Family Portraits
$50 sitting fee.

Travel
40 travel miles free. $1 per mile beyond 40 (may include pre-wedding meetings).

Deliveries
Shipped albums are billed at cost plus $10 handling.

Wedding Proof Set
Complete set of 4X6 (or 4x5) prints excluding composites: 60% off regular per-print price.

Mini-Proof Set
4x6 and 4x5 prints. Client selects at least half the number of prints available: 40% off regular per-print price.

Composites (when offered) - Add $10 to regular price. Available for 5x7 and larger prints.

Albums
Two basic types of album are now available: Traditional and Flush-mount

• Traditional albums have photographs inserted in mats.
• Flush-mount albums are coffee-table style albums with pages that are custom-created by artfully combining several wedding images on the same page using image-editing software. They have infinite design possibilities.
  In either case the client has as much control as desired over image selection.

Here are approximate prices for aTRADITIONAL10"X10" album.** There are many choices within this option (colors, cover designs, etc.). Please inquire for specifics. I am glad to provide quotes as well as meet with you to go through a catalog at no obligation. Prices shown do not include the photos that will be placed in the album, which will average about $15-$17 per side. (Actual range = $5-$20 depending on number and size of prints).

NOTE: Some couples want to totally design their pages; others appreciate guidance all along the way or want to just step aside and let me "do my thing". Whatever your preference, I am available to provide any level of support needed to build your album from the images you select.

FLUSH-MOUNT albums are guaranteed to be unique and convey the special energy and beauty of your wedding day. As with traditional albums there are many cover options. There is no individual print cost involved as all images are integrated on the pages. These albums are created by Geoff Hughes Photography with initial client input. For a 10-page / 20-side album the prices are as follows:**

A duplicate album is identical in every way. A replica album is identical in content but can be larger or smaller with the same proportions). Example: A 4x5 album can be a replica of an 8x10 album; an 8x8 can be a replica of a 10x10.

Composites (multiple images artfully combined) re often available with the images I present to the couple/family. These have file names ending in"CMP" and are priced at $10 over regular price for any size. Want something customized? Ask for a "Medley of memories" composite: you tell me what pictures - up to 15 - that you want included and i will create a beautiful composite. Available at $50 for any size up to 11x14. Includes one free adjustment.
